DUPIXENT is a biologic — a live injectable treatment — that is indicated for six conditions. Until very recently the site did not feature a search engine. We needed to create a tool that could help people find the information they were looking for no matter where they were on the site.

PIXI is our patient support tool who sports a human touch. We created her to humanize the DUPIXENT brand. She is a helpful, positive character who has blossomed into the role of our digital brand ambassador. As our chat agent, she provides quick links, guidance, and an empathetic support system for our patients.
